Saudis already have 2 Pakistani Nukes
It’s a story that pops up again and again. Saudi Arabia has acquired at least 2 functional Nuclear Weapons from cash strapped Pakistan. Certainly Saudi Arabia has the money to buy nukes from sources like France, China, Russia, North Korea and Pakistan or even India.
The worrisome thing is that Pakistani nukes may be on the move and the west has very little knowledge or control over it. Pakistan is the most dangerous country on earth. Something Large This Way Comes
And so it picks up steam. What started in Iceland, instigated by Wall St, has now engulfed Tunisia, Yeman, Sudan, Egypt, Syria, Jordan and others yet to be made manifest. Saudi Prince Turki bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud has warned the country’s royal family to step down and flee before a military coup or a popular uprising overthrows the kingdom.
Julianne the Apostate can take the credit of kicking this ball down the hill as it was his release of some of those documents which demonstrated selected venality amongst certain countries’ leadership. It would have happened anyway, but the Apostate, it seems, was the spark. How this could be to Israel’s benefit is beyond me.

Magnitude 5.9 earthquake shakes Alaska Peninsula, but no reports of damage
SAND POINT, Alaska — A magnitude 5.9 earthquake shook several communities on the Alaska Peninsula, but there have been no immediate reports of damage. Krista Galvin is an administrative assistant with the city of Sand Point. She says it felt “like it just kept shaking, just longer than usual,” maybe lasting as long as a couple of minutes. She hadn’t heard of any damage, but said a school on top of a hill also felt an aftershock, which wasn’t felt in town. Sand Point is about 570 miles (917 kilometres) southwest of Anchorage. The U.S. Geological Survey reports the Tuesday afternoon earthquake was centred 25 miles (40 kilometres) south of Sand Point, at a depth of almost 22 miles (35 kilometres). It was also felt in Cold Bay and Chignik.
Small China quake forces evacuation of 65,000 people
KUNMING, China, Feb. 2 (UPI) — An earthquake that damaged nearly 700 homes forced some 65,000 people into shelters Wednesday in China’s southwestern Yunnan province.
The quake hit Yingjiang County Tuesday afternoon and had a magnitude of 4.8 on the open-ended Richter scale, county officials told the Xinhua news agency.
There was no immediate report on injuries, but officials said 229 homes had been seriously damaged and 448 others had sustained lesser damage, the report said.
The quake’s center was about 6 miles deep, geologists said.
The quake came just before Chinese New Year Thursday and county officials said they were trying to ensure a “merry and safe” celebration for evacuees by providing them with tents, blankets, coats and 10 tons of rice, Xinhua said.
Unrest in Egypt at Tahrir Square
Bursts of gunfire are erupting in the area around Cairo’s Tahrir Square as pro- and anti-government protesters continue to defy an Egyptian government curfew.
News reports cite witnesses saying at least three people have been killed in the latest violence early Thursday morning.
On Wednesday, supporters of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak charged into the square on horseback and camels while others rained firebombs from rooftops in what appeared to be an orchestrated assault against protesters calling for an end to his near-30-year-rule.
Anti-government demonstrators, after first trying to respond peacefully, fought back with rocks and Molotov cocktails as battles broke out around Tahrir Square. Doctors set up a makeshift clinic in a mosque near the square to help the more than 640 injured. Egypt’s health ministry says three people were killed in Wednesday’s clashes.

Authoritarian governments start stockpiling food to fight public anger
Commodities traders have warned they are seeing the first signs of panic buying from states concerned about the political implications of rising prices for staple crops.
However, the tactic risks simply further pushing up prices, analysts have warned, pushing a spiral of food inflation.
Governments in Asia, the Middle East and North Africa have recently made large food purchases on the open market in the wake of unrest in Tunisia which deposed president Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali. Read more…
Winter storm brings much of America’s heartland to a standstill
A huge winter storm, described as the worst in decades, has brought much of America’s heartland to standstill, closing airports, main roads, schools, colleges and government officies.
The streets of Dallas, Oklahoma City and Tulsa were deserted, and more snow and freezing temperatures are forecast. Chicago is expecting 60cm (2ft) of snow, Indianapolis 2.5cm of ice.
The weather system, which stretches 2,000 miles across a third of the country from Texas to Maine, brought with it a cold front that has seen temperatures dropping to -12C (9F) and lower in its wake. Winds topped 60mph in Texas, while in Chicago public schools called a snow day for the first time in 12 years. Both the city’s major airports are closed. China to raise interest rates within month – report
The Hong Kong-datelined story did not identify its sources, citing the sensitivity of the information.
It also cited the economists and bankers as saying China was unlikely to let the yuan currency appreciate faster anytime soon as a way to fight inflation.
Analysts polled by Reuters saw two more rate rises by the end of the first half.
The median forecast of economists polled by Reuters is for inflation to reach its fastest in more than two years at an annual pace of 5.3 percent for January.

Despite that news agencies and websites like this one are beginning to cover this developing story, no high government official has yet to stick his or her neck out to make an official announcement about the catastrophic implications as to allow the global population to begin preparing.
