Sounds like massive underground construction equipment with echos reverberating throughout the waste underground caverns. Read a book once about VRILL Power (not Will Power) where similar underground sound transportation/activity was mentioned. I just hope it is not EARTH herself finally sick of those parasitic, polluting, earth boring humans and she is getting ready to shake us off the planet. Could also be testing of HARP technology, after all we are conditioned to expect a Second Coming, from the heavens no doubt, which would bring along with it a spectacular display of sound and colour/Holograms all of which requires much prior practice by those seeking to make such predictions reality.

Since no dead earth/soil could support live in the first place we ought to consider that EARTH has a HEART, is alive
and truly in dire need of our care.
