In comparison, the size of the meteorite that fell earlier this year in Russia was about 18 m as this was the 2nd undiscovered near earth asteroid this week!

As reported Astronomical Union and the University of Madrid, the newly discovered asteroid 2013 PS13 today will fly between the Earth and the Moon at a distance of 203.700 kilometers from Earth.

The Minor Planet Center of the International Astronomical Union reported, that the newly found asteroid was discovered at August 7 by the Spanish La Sagra Observatory in the province of Granada.
 Carlos de la Fuente Marcos said, that the asteroid 2013 PS13 has a size of up to 19 meters, it will fly at a minimum distance from the Earth to 05.23 GMT on August 9,2013
