Experts: Mega-Quakes Can Create Pole Shifts

May 28, 2011 1 comment

Mega-thrust earthquakes like the ones that recently struck Chile and the Fukushima region of Northern Japan, can cause the magnetic field to flip. If a quake is strong enough there is evidence it may even set off a geological pole shift tossing the Earth off its current axis and killing billions of people within a matter of minutes.

This the grim picture painted by decades of research and evidence strewn from the peaks of the Andes to the volcanic shards lying off the Pacific islands of Hawaii.

Cities could be swept away in the blink of an eye

Enormous earthquakes cause enormous damage. The threat is real and growing, as world renown physicist and popular science author, Dr.Michio Kaku , recently explained on ABC’s “Good Morning America.”

According to Dr. Kaku, some of the world’s most important and populated cities could be swept away in the blink of an eye. “In our life time, we could very well see one of these cities destroyed,” Kaku claimed. “Los Angeles, San Francisco, Mexico City, Tehran, and Tokyo.”

It is actually Mankind and not nature that has placed up to one billion people at risk. “We are creating mega cities where there used to be Read more…

Agencies’ Lack of Coordination Hindered Supply of Crucial Gas, Report Says

By

WASHINGTON — The United States is running out of a rare gas that is crucial for detecting smuggled nuclear weapons materials because one arm of the Energy Department was selling the gas six times as fast as another arm could accumulate it, and the two sides failed to communicate for years, according to a new Congressional audit.

The gas, helium-3, is a byproduct of the nuclear weapons program, but as the number of nuclear weapons has declined, so has the supply of the gas. Yet, as the supply was shrinking, the government was investing more than $200 million to develop detection technology that required helium-3.

As a result, government scientists and contractors are now racing to find or develop a Read more…

Intelligence agencies eye emerging ‘mind-reading’ technologies

Scientists have discovered how to decode human brainwaves and intelligence agencies are rubbing their hands.

In possibly the greatest potential breakthrough for spy agencies, mind-reading machines are about to become a reality.

According to research published in the online journal Public Library of Science Biology, a machine that can process and display visual brain signals is within science’s grasp.

The claim is based on research undertaken by scientists at the University of Glasgow. The tests were conducted on a group of volunteers that were shown images of randomly selected human faces reacting with various emotions like astonishment, contentment, joy, anger and fear. As part of the experiment, the images of the faces were partially covered so only parts of the face—eyes and mouths—were discernible.

The subjects were tasked to name the emotion they saw on the images of faces. As they did, electrode sensors monitored their brainwaves. The brain activity crossed a wide spectrum and changed significantly as Read more…

Hawaii‘s traditional birth story—that the volcanic islands were, and are, fueled by a hot-rock plume running directly to Earth’s scorching core—could be toast, a new study hints.

(See pictures of a recent eruption Hawaii’s Kilauea volcano.)

Scientists say they’ve found solid evidence of a giant mass of hot rock under the seafloor in the region. But it’s not a plume running straight from the core to the surface—and it’s hundreds of miles west of the nearest Hawaiian island.

Until now, the researchers say, good seismic data on the region has been scarce, so it was tough to question the Read more…

Endless winter: days away from summer and snow still falling over Colorado Mountains

May 27, 2011COLORADO – It is nearly June and Colorado’s mountains still look as though we’re at the beginning of March. “This is what it looks like all winter out here,” Pat Randall, a store owner in Grand Lake, said. The snow that has kept falling in the high country has made for a different spring. Independence Pass opened Thursday, but Mt. Evans Road is only halfway open and Trail Ridge Road is still closed because of all the late snow. Arapahoe Basin and Aspen are still open for skiers. “It is a pretty big weekend in the scheme of things, definitely,” Randall said. The snow is certainly not what Randall and his family were hoping for this holiday weekend. They need customers, lots and lots of customers, to kick off the summer season. “They call it ‘the kick-off to the summer’ here,” Randall said. But the snow is kicking that idea to the curb. “I think we’re going to lose a lot of campers,” Randall said. With Trail Ridge Road closed, some figure Grand Lake will lose out on hundreds, if not thousands, of usual holiday visitors. “I think we’ll lose a lot of folks from Northern Colorado. They’re not going to want to drive all the way through Denver and come back up,” Randall said. –9News

Opposition leaders urge Georgian government to investigate the disappearances of protesters in Tbilisi after the brutal police crackdown of the peaceful rally. They also vow to stage more protests to free the country from the ‘tyrant’ Saakashvili.

Giya Tsagareishvili, a member of the Georgian parliament from the opposition party of Free Democrats, named ten protesters that vanished after the protests in Tbilisi on May 26. None of them could be found among those detained by the police or in any of the hospitals in the capital city of Tbilisi.

“All of this was happening in Tbilisi, in the capital of the country that, according to Mikhail Saakashvili, came this close to the doorstep of the European Union.” Tsagareishvili said. “Well let me remind Mr. Saakashvili that there, in Paris, London, Berlin and Tallinn, protests are not drowned in blood and people do not disappear.”

Giya Tsagareishvili is not the only opposition leader that draws attention to the strange occurrences which took Read more…

The 2012 Doom Factor (Video)

May 27, 2011 Comments off

In order to understand the future, you must study the past.  Many people wonder about what happened to these great ancient civilizations and their technology.   The above video has been out for a few years but goes into great depth on why we are seeing an unprecedented occurrence of anomalies in weather pattern changes, earthquakes, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, mysterious animal deaths ect.  Turn off your TV, silence your cell phone and unplug yourself from anything that is distracting.  This video is very eye-opening and educational to say the least.  I am definitely not saying that the world will end in 2012; however there will be a global change in the near future.  Take this in perspective: Before a storm begins you will notice that the clouds begin to change, the wind gust becomes stronger, lightning will appear, and small raindrops begin to fall to the ground. Guess what?  This is the edge of the storm.  It is true when they say history repeats itself…

Pyramid-Exploring Robot Reveals Hidden Hieroglyphs

A robot explorer sent through the Great Pyramid of Giza has begun to unveil some of the secrets behind the 4,500-year-old pharaonic mausoleum as it transmitted the first images behind one of its mysterious doors.

The images revealed hieroglyphs written in red paint that have not been seen by human eyes since the construction of the pyramid. The pictures also unveiled new details about two puzzling copper pins embedded in one of the so called “secret doors.”

Published in the Annales du Service Des Antiquities de l’Egypte (ASAE), the images of markings and graffiti could unlock the secrets of the monument’s puzzling architecture.

“We believe that if these hieroglyphs could be deciphered they could help Egyptologists work out why these mysterious shafts were built,” Rob Richardson, the engineer who designed the robot at the University of Leeds, said. The study was sponsored by Mehdi Tayoubi and Richard Breitner of project partners Dassault Systèmes in France.
