A Strange Noise coming from the sky in the middle of the night – What is that?
In the night of 10-01-2012 in Aalborg Denmark I heard a very strange sound coming from outside, I went out to see what it was and it sounds like it came from heaven and it lasted for several minutes. I recorded the sound on my camera, and it was very loud in real life, but it can not be heard so high on the recording, as it was only recorded with a tiny camera microphone
I am quite sure that it was not a mechanically sound of helicopter or airplane, or a train, because I know how it sounds.
You can best begin to hear it after ( 1:20 minutes ) and at the end of the recording.
Strange Sound Heard Throughout Costa Rica
Is it the mysterious sound of the so-called coming Apocalypse? Some think that the mysterious sound heard in Costa Rica at around 12:30am this morning is exactly that.
Ronny Quintero, a seismologist said the event should be studied at the exact time and location of the anomalies to determine with certainty that there was no earthquake. He added that depending on the location of those who claim they heard the rumble or ”The Hum” it is easy to dismiss the possibility of tectonic movements.
This news has rattled the social web whereas Costa Ricans and the world over are scrambling to figure out what this mysterious sound could have been. Authorities have yet to comment on the subject although OVSICORI, the Costa Rica Volcanologist and Seismologist Organization is saying there is no Earth movements recorded at the time of the strange sound.
Here is a YouTube video showing how it sounded. The second video was filmed in Kiev, Ukraine where the sound has also appeared.

Comet Lovejoy Survives Fiery Plunge Through Sun, NASA Says

Comet Lovejoy plunged through the sun’s corona at about 7 p.m. EST today (midnight GMT on Dec. 16), coming within 87,000 miles (140,000 kilometers) of our star’s surface. Temperatures in the corona can reach 2 million degrees Fahrenheit (1.1 million degrees Celsius), so most researchers expected the icy wanderer to be completely destroyed.But Lovejoy proved to be made of tough stuff. A video taken by NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) spacecraft showed the icy object emerging from behind the sun and zipping back off into space.
“Breaking News! Lovejoy lives! The comet Lovejoy has survived its journey around the sun to reemerge on the other side,” SDO researchers tweeted today.
SDO is one of many instruments that scientists — eager to record and study the comet’s presumed demise — trained on Lovejoy as it streaked toward the sun.

Millions of Bees Mysteriously Die in Florida

MICCO, Fla. (CBS Tampa/AP) – Florida officials are abuzz as to how millions of honey bees were killed in Brevard County.
Several beekeepers in the county have reported lost colonies this week. Charles Smith of Smith Family Honey Company told Stuart News Thursday he lost 400 beehives. He says the bees appeared to have been poisoned.
“I’ll never get completely compensated for this unless someone handed me 400 beehives,” Smith told Stuart News. “I lost the bees, the ability to make honey and the ability to sell the bees.”
State officials are testing the bees to determine what type of chemicals contributed to their deaths.
Experts say pesticides might be behind the lost beehives.
“The fact that it was so widespread and so rapid, I think you can pretty much rule out disease,” Bill Kern, an entomologist with the University of Florida’s Research and Education Center, told Florida Today. “It happened essentially almost in one day. Usually diseases affect adults or the brood, you don’t have something that kills them both.”
The case in Micco, 18 miles south of Melbourne, is being investigated by state agriculture officials and the sheriff’s office.
Thousands of white bass turn up dead in Arkansas River
Workers with Game and Fish and ADEQ head out on the Arkansas River to try and determine the reason for Tuesday’s fish kill.This time the kill is much closer to the capitol city. In fact, the dead fish are being spotted along a newly opened pedestrian bridge.
Investigators with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission worked Tuesday afternoon to estimate the size of this latest fish kill.

They cannot be explained by thunderstorms or any manmade sources — their source is a mystery.
Such dins are not unique to North Carolina or the modern age. People living near Seneca Lake in upstate New York have long known of similar booming sounds, which they called “Seneca guns.” In coastal Belgium, they are known as “mistpouffers,” or fog belches; in the Ganges delta and the Bay of Bengal, “Bansal guns;” in the Italian Apennines, “brontidi,” or thunder-like; and by the Harami people of Shikoku, Japan, “yan.”
“What’s going on is an interesting challenge, whatever it might be,” said seismologist David Hill, scientist emeritus at the U.S. Geological Survey office in Menlo Park, Calif.
